How To Install Aartus Theme
Installing Aartus theme can be done using the WP Dashboard or via FTP Upload.
Installation using WP Dashboard
Go to your admin dashboard Appearance > Themes. Select Theme “Add New”, then Add Themes “Upload Theme”
Choose Aartus.zip file in your main folder after the download and upload it, just click on Install Now, wait a bit and you’re done.
Now, you must install the required plugins. We are talking about Plugins in the Plugins part of the documentation.
Verify if Aartus Theme is Activated.
*Now, don’t forget to install Codestar Framework Plugin in order to install the admin options and begin the installation of demos.
Demo Import and Installation
In order to import one of the 3 demos, you must go to your admin dashboard Appearance > Import Demo Data
Now, click on Import for importing and creating your preferred demo! You can choose between OS demo, Black and White demo, or Gradient demo.
Last Things to do
In your admin dashboard, go to Settings > Reading and choose a static page: Welcome on Aartus for homepage and blog for blog page.
Verify in Appearance > Permalinks that Post name is active, then save.
Go to Woocommerce > Settings. Then in the products tab verify that the shop page is well assigned. Please verify also in the Advanced Tab, that Basket page is Cart, the Checkout page is checkout, My account page is My account, Terms and conditions is Term of service
Installing Theme Framework File
This is the last step of the installation. First after clicking on “Yes, import!” your preferred Demo, you must go “here” and select the whole code, copy and paste in the backup & restore settings in the Aartus Framework. Then click Import, and save after.
You are ready to Enjoy Aartus and the endless possibilities!
